Thanks so very much! I haven't received much feedback on any of my designs. I'm really wondering if I fit in here or not. I'll keep trying. Honestly, I do appreciate it.

The design is very creative and you did quality work. I just feel like this would not be a very wearable shirt; at least I can't see myself wearing it.

I'm just looking for some help here when I ask...Can you tell me why? I get it if it's a personal taste thing, but if I'm doing something wrong, can you help me out? Please? I'm new here.

Thank you for the kind words! I am completely lost on this site. I don't understand the threads. I don't know how to communicate. Please be patient with me.

Clowns personally creep me out so I can't stand this one specifically, but please don't give up! The more artists the derby has participating the better and though I may not like this subject you do seem to have some talent so I certainly look forward to seeing more from you!

Just keep drawing what you like, plug away at the derby, and keep interacting with the community and you'll fit right in.

I concur with the comments about your style! The design is really creative, but as someone else said, it's not something I think I could wear. Is it a taste thing? Maybe. The idea that someone killed a two-headed hobo/clown and had his head mounted is just, well, creepy IMO.

A bit of an artistic critique (I guess) is that I had to do several double-takes before I realized that the heads were actually mounted to the thing that they're in front of. I'm not sure if you were intending for that to be subtle, but I had a hard time picking up on it (willful disbelief perhaps?).

Keep at it!

Thanks for the advise everybody. I'm thinking I need to steer more to the cutesy, even artsy subjects.

Very cool! I just saw this design and I think it's a very clever take on the theme. I hope you get at least an HM out of this - you deserve it!

It's also unfortunate placement for some of us females....if you understand my meaning.

The design is a tad on the creepy side, particularly because most people haven't gotten over their fear of IT. But I love the way it was executed (no pun intended). I like your clear lines and the shapes of the faces. I just personally wear a shirt with dead clowns on it. Keep it up, though!

Creepy can work just fine IMO, see Edgar or Drakxxx for example. Shirt.woot has cutesy in spades already IMO.

Just no clowns, ack!

on a quick side note.
I saw somewhere that you needed help adding a picture into the text. Well I searched everywhere last night and couldn't find it.

And than I felt Jatravartid. There's a formatting guide link on the bottom right of these little boxes. It tells you how to do everything and its pretty clear.

Im new here too by the way. Here's to learning. :D

Hope this helps.

Oh I'm probably the last person to ask for a tutorial, ha ha ha. I will always help in anyway possible though. So feel free to ask away and Ill answer if I can.
Probably a really bad idea but heres my. crapbook account I just got my computer let one my tablet so im pretty much using it to dump sketches as I pop them out.

This is only my second derby and my entries are little kid drawings. Especially in comparison to your stuff let alone everything else posted. I just do it cause I really like designing stuff.

Im pretty much the tone-deaf guy who makes everybody listen to his crappy music.
Or in the case the dude who cant draw a strait line let alone a circle, but hell if that stops me from submitting. :P But its fun, so too bad.

Hey, man! I sent you a request. A lot of my stuff is juvenile as well. I work as an artist for a yearbook publishing company and I get a lot of the elementary schools to work with. They like me.
