I love the art on this shirt. I love the fact that you even drew in a small little oxygen tank behind the rock for the hedgehog. Small things like that make me love this shirt more.
My only problem is why a white shirt? Why not some form of blue to keep to the under water theme?
I'm still voting for this guy anyway though.

Personally I don't think this would work so well on anything that wasn't a white shirt.

This is delightful; a design that speaks to the oddball but also the undercover agent.
Furthermore, i think the choice of animals inspires a deeper ponder as to who we are, in the midst of others, or simply in contrast.
