Why did he build it out of ice? Adorable bear, by the way.

It's a comment on global warming. Sad & sweet.

And mine was referencing how the ice wasn't always there. (Esp. the bit about the Little Ice Age)

Despite my minor disagreement, I throughly enjoy the aesthetics of this design and wish all the best.

Not bad shirt, except for the fact that global warming as popularized by the media and emotional responses to misinterpreted pictures of polar bears floating on ice chunks is entirely false.

Fun fact: Polar bears are actually doing well enough that they are considered over-populated in some areas, resulting in an increased hunting limit for indigenous peoples.

The actual facts are out there, if anyone bothered looking for them instead of just turning on Fox News.

Not-so-fun fact: They're doing bad enough in other areas that they're increasingly turning to land-based food sources, forcing them closer and closer to human settlements and thus leading to an increase in attacks on humans (ultimately leading to unfortunate deaths for the bears). Svalbard has seen a marked increase in tragic hman-bear incidents recently.

It's false? Oh well, at least mice have portal guns in real life.

Almost hate to say this: Human>Bear

As not to ruin thread, another compliment! I like the warm "sunset" in the background contrasting with the pleasant cool colors you chose for the foreground. Excellent work on this design, though it touches on a very controversial subject.

I really felt the sadness of your polar bear when I just saw this just drop from the fog. +1 lets get this one back up there.

It's thoughts like this that are deteriorating our environment.

I love this shirt and it's one of the few from this Derby that I would actually wear. +1

Lies! Have you seen bears? They are definitely >human. Except maybe Koalas. Those guys are tiny.

That was a reference to a fictional work. This shirt is a reference to a fictional idea that many people believe is fact.

That's interesting considering the ice caps are the same size they've always been...well, the last couple hundred years at least. I guess land-based food just tastes better.

Polar bears and birds are not friends. He would eat that the hell out of that bird.

The bird's taunting him. "Get off your ice floe and swim, lazy bear!"

You are obviously lucky not to have met a number of people I have in my time on this planet then.

I still want this shirt! Please let me know if you print it anywhere. I recommended a conservation site! It would be an amazing fundraiser idea. =o) Thank you for your talent!
