Re: Octopus ready to ink
now that's out of the way, I'll say that this is resubbed in grey and black on silver shirt. I need to be banned from the use of color until I get through a color class, I think.

What happened to the one in color?

After some consideration, and public and private comments, I felt like it worked less well than this version. I clearly can't handle color well.
I am as Nemo's dad thinks Nemo is: "You keep thinking you can do these things, but you just CAN'T"

My son went to the AAU Taekwondo nationals in Austin, so we drove and spent a little over a week on the road. That killed the last 2 derbies. He didn't place, but learned a lot, and the karate school instructors learned a lot, so I think he'll be better prepared next year. It was great fun. His instructor won the adult heavyweight sparring division!
I probably should beg for someone with color skills to collaborate, but my designs are kind of 'different', and might be a waste of their time. Plus, there's the whole halftones issue.
Oh, and backgrounds, I do no better with them than color.
sigh.

YOU'LL NEVER GET PRINTED WITH THAT ATTITUDE, MISTER.
