I wish the cat and roomba were a little more "active" (menacing pose, some indication of movement) but at least the dog is posed dynamically. I give it a B.

On the other hand I really like that the dog is dynamic and the cat is not, it makes the cat seem even more smug. I also love the way the cat is cartooned in this. Those little FEET. =D

So yeah, different folks different tastes.

After seeing the clip... I can't help but feel like this shirt is just a stylized still of the video.

I had no idea that "cat's on Roombas" was an internet meme, I'm just an old cat lady (in her late twenties) who saw this and thought it depicted the superiority of cats over dogs perfectly.
