I am simultaneously weirded out by the cats (I think it's the body-tail) yet find them INCREDIBLY adorable.

Thanks so much for the comments everyone! I've sat on this idea for a long, long while now. Im really glad to have a derby that it finally fits into ok. ^_^
I've been practicing a bit more with shading thanks to a few helpful artists here. Im usually super scared of halftones, but Im trying to face the monster that they are and best them. I sure appreciate the positive feedback! :D

Oh I expect some of those comments for sure, heh. I really do draw stuff other than rodents! Just lately it's been more common for me. Sort of. -hides my shame-

ok, so even tho I was majorly cheesed at the last two derbies because of the treacly cuteness, I have to admit I LOVE this design. Someone get me some insulin, stat!

The cat fish are simultaneously creepy, cute, and captivating.
I especially like the mouse's prehensile tail.

I may not be the world's biggest fan of felines on fashion but am very impressed at the work that's gone into this. Thanks for supplying the closeup view bass. There's a lot of neat design flourishes to appreciate.
