Re: How to Drive a Pirate Mad
These never work for me. There are theories on why...most of them not great.
But much as I like BootsBoots, I am not sure I want a shirt that requires people stare at the sweater cows grazing space...

i don't see it either.
Re: How to Drive a Pirate Mad
Hahaha, awesome! I love it, even if my Magic Eye skills are a bit rusty and it took me a bit to get the butterfly to pop. I so want this to print.
Re: How to Drive a Pirate Mad
A pox on you 2-Eyes and your fancy "depth perception"!!
This is the cleverest and most subtle shirt I've seen in a while. GMV!
I wonder if the stereogram will still work when it prints, though.
it's not a schooner, it's a sailboat!

That's my question. Anyone have personal experience with stereograms on shirts? It seems like the focus issues are tricky enough on a perfectly flat surface...

It doesn't matter. The sterogram is the hook, the fact that it even works is just a bonus.

I agree, I laughed as soon as I saw the design, the joke is funny. GMV ![]()

GMV2 I still remember being in Elementary School and thinking this was the coolest thing ever, kids use to bring in the daily Magic Eye from the newspaper and pass it around for every kid to enjoy. I swear it took me weeks to train my eyes to do these things! Thanks for bringing back a true treasure lost in time!

That's what I was thinking. The stereogram doesn't really need to work for the joke to work. I'm not sure if you'd actually be able to see it when it's printed on a shirt. My guess is: probably, but only if it's laying pretty flat.
Thanks, J (and everyone else too)!
Re: How to Drive a Pirate Mad
This is super cool!
Re: How to Drive a Pirate Mad
I love that it works! My father is blind in one eye AND likes pirates, so this would be hilarious for him.
Re: How to Drive a Pirate Mad
That's amazing! How in the world did you do that?
Re: How to Drive a Pirate Mad
Wow! Magic Eye on a shirt! You should do more of these!!!!
Its cool but could be awkward
Lady: "Are you staring at my chest?"
Guy: "No I'm just trying to see the butterfly, not yet but let me get a closer look...."
Re: How to Drive a Pirate Mad
OK.... Almost got it, There!! No, wait... almost there... I see it.... Oh my gosh! It's full of stars!!
