The first version was rejected because it was off topic (I have no idea why--it seemed on topic to me) so I took that opportunity to heed some of the comments I got on the first version and make the letters clearer (especially the 'w'). I also removed the light on the tardis to make it less recognizable (and hopefully less likely to be rejected).
Also, as a side note, I have found that this design process is much harder on my little netbook without my tablet.
