They do that. Maybe not while looking quite as dapper, but still. I gave him spats because I had to, not because I wanted to.
Halftones didn't come out quite as clean, but I worked on this one late at night so my brainmeats weren't functioning at max capacity. This is why I generally don't submit two images, but I was feeling adventurous.
Ah well, I think he's cute. I should start using thicker lines, but I'm used to thin ones for general illustration purposes. Pesky unspoken rules for designing images meant to be worn on one's chest.
