Re: The Elemental Eatery

If I had a restaurant, I would make the entire menu out of the periodic table! Thinking of all these foods was hard!

Some close ups for you!

I love it! I'm going to start a collection of all the designs based on the Periodic Table.

Navy is ok. A lighter (even a little) color (not green or white) would be better.

I think this would be an awesome apron! There are even a couple of friends who I'd want to give this apron.

I might buy it if K = Banana Pudding or Potato or something that doesn't start with K (like it does on the actual table)

I had so many different options for many of the elements. It was so hard to pick! Thanks for the feedback.

This would have looked great in a number of ink/tee color combinations. I liked the way it popped white on navy without being on a black tee. It's so hard to choose tee colors because somebody always dislikes the color you choose. I hope everyone likes this combination and as always, huge thanks for the votes and support.

I really like this design but I'd also definitely prefer a lighter color for the tee...

I alternated between hunger and cracking myself up! The full brainstorming list of food possibilities is pretty funny. :D

Love this one! I work for a company that manufactures chemical reference standards. This would make a great grab bag gift for several chemists I know when December rolls around. Hope it wins!

Exactly. I wish there were more clever elements in here. Fe could be liver, and Au could be truffles. Cu could be pennyroyal tea, or something along those lines.

Information gladly given but safety requires avoiding unnecessary conversation.

I love this shirt. However the only real problem I have with it is that everyone knows "B is for Bacon".

Other than that Great shirt.

Very creative and clever. However, and I suppose this is really picky, it bothers me that in the atomic symbol, the paths of the electrons are each superimposed rather than either intersecting or depicting a proper perspective (e.g., the upper left to lower right path shouldn't be in front of all parts of the other two paths)...

Thanks, I don't know how I missed that one. I thought I looked at every single one of them. apparently my eyes started to glaze over, like a nice honey ham, by the time i hit that far down the list.

HAHAHAHAHA that would make the shirt EVEN BETTER!

I agree it would be neat if this was also on a slightly lighter color, such as Royal Blue or Green (though, there was already that green Periodic Table shirt, so I suppose that would be too close), but Navy is alright. This would make an excellent apron.

I do worry it would print a little small on women's shirts to be able to read the food names (especially given Woot's strange quality control mixups with women's print sizes occasionally ending up on men's shirts)
