Those are lower case N's. That font is all in uppercases, but for some reason the "n" is like that.

You are right. It doesn't matter if I write on uppercase or lowercase, the font appears all in uppercase, except the letter "n". Apparently I wrote that whole line in caps lock and that is why the N seems different. Something similar happens with the r's and i's, but is not that marked.
