Hey guys
so basically, the combination of med school and teeturtle is kind of kicking my ass a little bit right now, but the extra time this week allowed me to finally sit down and put together an entry. Hope you guys like how it turned out ![]()

Re: Shadow of the Night
The fact that the wing follows the same exact line as the blade on the scythe is really distracting to me. You might want to think about repositioning the left wing. Also, where is his right wing? Seems like from the height of the left wing that we'd see at least part of the right wing as well. No?

You didn't know? Death only has one wing.

That is kinda funny, but he's done similar things plenty of times before and had two wings.
Ahh, the good old days, before the fires of forum battle died out.

agree about the wing.. you really need another on there... also the light don't look right.. i.e. the light seems to be hitting all over there place behind him, in front of him, above him, from the left and right. also the shading on all of it looks really good but the skull has no shading at all... don't make much since to me at all... realistic on 90% of it then cartoon for the last 10% is kinda silly

I totally disagree. The single wing has a nice note of decay that makes the image more sinister. I hope it prints as is. And it would be PHENOMENAL if it glowed in the dark.

I like this original version much more, mostly because of the way it fills out the shirt.
I also like the one wing. It looked like it was scraggly and rotted. Much more deathlike.
Either way, good luck! You got my vote!

These comments are absurd. The lack of a second wing was an obvious flaw. If the wings were decaying, then fine. Maybe have part of a wing there or something. But there wasn't a wing at all and defending that fact is senseless.

I fully endorse this comment.
