Nice crest, I like this kind of stony feel to it
But is it just me or is the top right animal hard to read? I mean, I am not sure where is its head.

I think it's a turtle and it's looking up to the right. You're looking at its chin.

It's a snake for Slytherin. The other three are a raven, a badger, and a lion.

Indeed as kylemittskus says that's a snake and the design is based on Harry Potter.
Too much detail perhaps? My intention was to represent a snake with Quidditch gear which is not easy: D (protective pads. Etc)

Hey, I can see the snake now but maybe it would be better if he was looking down and we could see it's fangs. But it's just my opinion
