Sure it is. Clowns are people outfits, so dressing a lion up as a clown is an animal as a person.

Lol, I see now, it's a clown! I just thought it's a painted lion and I didn't see how a painted lion looks like a person, I didn't notice it is supposed to be a clown, my bad, sorry
