why is there such a large block of pixelation?? and why is it so far up?? is the bear really happy to be naked??

Mosaic seems like a bad choice here. (Makes it seem far naughtier than it actually is.) Perhaps the penguin holding a wine tray in front of him would be less visually jarring, or something else to that extent.

I looooove this design, but yeah the turtle not actually wearing the turtleneck is awkward... unless that's alluding to being half-clothed, fully clothed and bear naked or something? haha. otherwise I'd vote for it
