Probably because it's already a trademarked logo, just with the arrows added. It's a shame, I really did like it though, so I'm voting for this one too

This one is better, less obvious... first you are like "wha???" and then you are like "ah... that's clever." I do think it would look better on a dark green shirt instead of blue though.
