Re: Conformity- Version 2!!!

This is an updated version, based on comments and feedback: The conformists aren't happy this time and the nonconformist, though jailed, is the only one happy. Also added some visual interest with a single person at the upper left that got his/her flag all tangled up. Hopefully this is a winner now!!!

I like the person with the messed up flag. That would be me if I were there.

w: 7 | t.w: 1 | h.w: 1 | s.w: 16 | w.w: 15 | so.w: 2

That last dude was inspired by the flag we have out in front of our house. Spends most of the time tangled up in a wad, not flying free...

You know what might have been interesting? You know the guy you have on the very end (with the tangled up flag)? If you intermixed several of those passive/apathetic/clueless types more in with your arrow. It could symbolize the ones that "go with the flow" but not necessarily because of strong feelings on their part. The "conformed" protesters if you will, that join the masses, not for a greater good, but simply at the cost of their own identity.

Don't be sexist. Broads hate that.

I think it is/was a very good basis for a design. I like the fact that they are all smiley faces, but the little rebel just displays himself differently. The message being that he isn't different, but makes different choices. (I am a writer, not a designer if you can't tell)

Overall, I like it better with the angry arrow (happy rebel), but would have preferred to leave the jail cell off. Just think it is a clearer message without it.

Anyway, good design
