I'm pretty sure it's only 6 colors. And it's vectored, so I don't think he has an issue there. It might be deceiving because the black has a white border around it.

Yup - its painstakingly reduced to 4 greys, yellow and orangefor the flame.. the white crap around the image is bogus artifacts from the raterization process.. teach me to make a comp after midnight... the detail image is more accurate for the edges. Just to be sure i'll double check the print ready and resub it if its ghosting.. but only if you folks vote for it and put it in the fog!
