I asked that 'cause sometimes a M in the US is way too large for me (and I never know what brand and what size to chose from).

Any idea on the shipping ? Any experience on smartpost ?

the shirts run tight and long. they shrink too. if you are normally a small you should get medium. it will still fit snug and will probably be too long, but a small just won't work. really, the fit of these shirts isn't great (for me). i want to love them but just don't wear them that often. i am 5'11 165lbs and get the large. they are pretty tight around the chest and arms (and i am a skinny guy) and generally feel a bit long. like i should tuck the shirt in... but f' that.

as for smartpost. it's free. what can you say. i live in seattle and it usually takes 2 weeks.

Thanks. Well I am a bit smaller (5'6) and less heavier. I guess a M in American Apparel will be perfect. I got an M

As for smartpost, I am too impatient. But 2 to 3 weeks is more than fine!

So many complaints about color. Whatever. I do not buy for color but for style/design. Get real. If you do not like the design, fine..no worries. However, if you do not buy on color alone...it is a cop-out for not getting the design.

I don't think that's true. Parrots don't have particularly good control of their individual talons, which would be the only tool available to them to draw with if they were using their own poop for ink. In addition, a parrot wouldn't even be able to look down at what it was drawing while it was drawing it. It would be like drawing blind!

You can get one in about fifty minutes for an extra $5. That means it will be $15 instead of $10. That's not so bad, is it?

I just got my shirt in the mail today, took a shower, and I'm wearing it now!

This is really one of the most awesome shirts EVER. I am seriously considering buying another one because I will be extremely sad if this one gets worn out or stained or torn or whatever. Plus that means I can make one an actual creative shirt and wear it while I'm painting and stuff and not worry about it getting messed up, because I'll have another one!

Anyway, just wanted to say thanks again, Fablefire. This really is a GREAT shirt. I've been wearing it less than 20 minutes and it's already one of my all-time faves. :D

Yeah. Hey, Bright Star, Woot has nothing to do with the shipper screwing up. Theyre probably better off without you.

i received a tracking number from woot on november 20th and i've been following it online. I live in San Francisco, where I want my shirt delivered and it was scheduled to arrive yesterday. So I just checked the tracking progress and it made it to Sacramento, CA yesterday, but for some reason the shirt is now back on the east coast in West Virginia? Is anyone else having this issue?

It said online that this shirt was delivered to my house two days ago, but I just got it today. So, who knows?

BTW, I absolutely love it! I ordered the large, though I'm typically a medium, and it fits perfectly. (This was my first shirt.woot, so I wasn't sure how it would fit.) I'm really glad I got this.

I checked my shirt order and it was in California a few days ago (I am in Washington State). Now my account doesn't show that I even ordered the shirt and it has never arrived???

I received the first shirt I ordered and it's also not listed in my items purchased area.

Mystery-any recommendations about what we should do or what is going on?

Same here. I live in Monterey (CA)- says it was in LA on the 21st, Sacramento on the 22d, and now it left WV (on the 26th).
Oh well, this shirt will cost more in CO2 than the price I paid for it!

It will get there, just kinda weird that it travels middle, west and now east, to finally arrive west again

Bigger mystery, the shirt arrived on the same day customer service sent me an e-mail saying that I'd never ordered the shirt. ??? Still isn't showing up in my orders (all of my prior shirts have disappeared, actually) but, they're here so just thought I'd follow up my post.

Cute shirt!

My shirt appears to be taking a delivery route inspired by the design:

November 27, 2007 10:53 PM Sortation Center Departure LOS ANGELES, CA
November 23, 2007 12:58 AM Sortation Center Arrival NEW BERLIN, WI
November 23, 2007 12:53 AM Sortation Center Departure DALLAS, TX
November 20, 2007 5:15 PM Sortation Center Arrival DALLAS, TX
November 20, 2007 4:20 PM Pickup CARROLLTON, TX

Note: I'm about 2 miles from New Berlin, WI. Even though I want it I now hope it travels around a week more before arriving. Maybe it can get sortated on the east coast?

Here's a pic for positioning, if you didn't catch it in the other thread. Sheety shot I know, but I have no friends around to take pics of me.

I ordered mine on 12/23. They charged me right away but I haven't received a tracking number yet. When I emailed an inquiry a couple weeks ago I was told it was on back order. They didn't give me any idea of when they would have it back in stock.
