I like the tiger and the simplicity of the outlines, but the nose thing kills it for me. :[

In terms of generic advice...most artists try to avoid large areas of ink. It tends to make the fabric stiff, and reduces the appeal of the design. I also prefer designs that really take advantage of the color of the tee, either in setting the mood, or in supporting the design (for example, if this were on light blue, with dark blue to make the contrast and make the rain).
Think about the audience too--tee art is not always something that's going to look good on a wall. It's something that's going to be on a body, so won't have a flat display. That's important in terms of placement of the design. Personal preference--side prints make me feel off balance. Long prints tend to be hidden by the curves of lady lumps. A design that has levels--ie, a quick glance should be enough to 'get' the shirt, while a longer look reveals interesting details.
