Re: THE WORK ZONE GAME!!!! Re sub Shirt Color

This is one of the most profession-looking designs in the derby, so far, J-No! There are a few others with this kinda "WOW!" but this just has that look. It's releative to the theme but it's stand alone effin funny and cute in just the right blend of bi-gender wearablity! Good Marketing strategy!

Overlay? I'm new to Woot. So if you can give an example, that would be great.

This would be so much more awesome if there was even one more measure As it stands, it took me a _very_ long time to recognize it, and I've played both parts before! ><

Here's my take on what kind of rogue's gallery of villains you might have in real life (at least, ones with "Man" stuck at the end of their name). Yeah, I spend entirely too much time playing Megaman as a kid :D

And it would also be much better if the lower clef was in Bass clef and the note's tails where in the right direction. It's kinda of an eyesore for those who read music.

Part of the fun of owning a pet is the entertainment value they provide. I saw this example and decided to use it in this derby. it reminded me of my cats and the silly ways they would react to things when they were kittens.

Now I understand the ears. The kitten in the video has fold ears - a mutation that I think looks weird. Better to have normal kitteh ears in the design

Re: Press (A) or (B)

I love all your entries (and own several) but this one bothers me.

How is pressing B any less effort than pressing A?

It's still very well done though.

Re: Morning Powerup

What really bothers me about this one other than how uninspired it is, is that there isn't any consistency in the pixel sizes. Some pixels are huge while the thin reflection in the coffee uses tiny pixels. Sorry, it just doesn't make sense.

Re: Cat Decoy

I'm confused by this. I understand brushing your cat may be an everyday task, but who is creating the decoy? And why? Sorry, I'm just having trouble wrapping my head around this one.

Thank-you KaylaJ, ochopika, blinddog3d!

This derby challenge was the first time I've tried my hand at pixel art. It turned out to be a lot more tedious than I expected. The odd thing was that getting the image started was the hardest part (despite having a comprehensive sketch on paper), and the more of it I filled in, the easier it got. Here are two small shots of the early stages:

Re: Here Kitty Kitty Kitty Kitty Kitty! Kitty? Please?

I have to agree with others: I love the concept, cat looks great, pointer looks like poo (literally), design is just a tad too large, and the shirt color/cat color combination doesn't work for me. I like the cat color. Can it work on a different color shirt? I think the red makes the balloon too stark and the response options hard to see. I really want this design.
Good luck!

Pretty much the only way I consume coffee is if there's enough sugar and fat and artificial flavorings to obscure the coffee taste entirely, so I approve of this design, haha. GMV!
