Sure, we'd like you to buy our T-List award winners. But we'd love for you to understand why they were chosen as our favorite Shirt.Woot designs of 2011. The following highly subjective choices really did it for our editors last year:

Barbara’s Favorite of 2011
Revenge of the Damsels
by Anna-Marie Jung and Rebekie Bennington

Travis’s Favorite of 2011
Ro-Boss
by radiomode

Best Food Shirt
In the Library, with the Wrench
by kevlar51 and walmazan

Best Pop-Culture Shirt
The Cheese is a Liederkranz
by bassanimation

Best Animal Shirt
Makin’ Bread
by ochopika

Best Math/Science Shirt
Schrödinger’s Equation
by ramyb

Best Shirt to Turn Into a Poster
Reading Rocket Ship
by qetza

The Good Die Young Award for Best Design Reckoned Before Its Time
Colors of a Feather
by Andy Pitts

But wait! There's more T-List ecstasy on tap - much more! Read the blog posts, then buy the winners!

Umm... it looks like you guys put CresentDebris' name in the "Cat" design where' Ramyb's name should be...

Oops, we'll see if we can get that corrected. Thanks for pointing it out.

This list is disappointing. The only one I would consider buying is the "Forbidden Future Remix", but I already have the original. To bad it isn't offered as a hoodie or a poster.

No prob. Thanks for the random variation of offerings of products. It was kinda fun clicking through the designs to see whether they were tees, long sleeve tees, hoodies, or even posters!

How will the posters be shipped? In tubes, or flat? If in tubes, how well will they unroll to become flat.

that was fun while it lasted!

Fine choice there Travis. That was one design I really liked and had not picked up. Strange thing is I had a rare Australia sighting of someone wearing a Woot shirt and it was that one. Saw a guy wearing it in Casuarina shopping centre, Darwin and said 'Hi'.
'Colors of a Feather' is one of my favorites. Glad to see it getting some recognition here too.

Yeah! Ro-boss is one of my favorites of the year too, I've worn it to death. That hoodie version is very cool...

Great picks. ^__^

Since Colors of a Feather was reckoned before its time, it would have been nice to be able to buy it on a shirt of some sort. The posters are a nice addition, but I'd LOVE that design on a shirt!

Kind of bummed, none of the shirts I really liked this year made it back. Guess I just have different tastes than the editors.

It puts the crap inside the bag or it gets the hose again.

In tubes. I didn't find them to be that difficult to unroll. We dealt with a lot of sample paper and ended up going with a poster type of paper over the more expensive fine art textured paper. We had a lot more trouble unrolling and flattening the fine art paper than we did the posters.

The paper we're using (8mil lustre PDQ/Siena paper with 8 Color Ultrachrome Epson inks) is semi-glossy. We found it provided richer, deeper colors over the fine art paper and as a bonus we could sell it at a price that wouldn't break the bank for you guys. I have the Reading Rocket Ship sample hanging up in my cubicle and it looks great.

Also, please give us some feedback if you order one. Posters are new to us, so anything you can offer will only help us give you the best possible product in the future.

The posters will be shipped in tubes (much less chance for damage during shipping), and they should unroll just fine. Use (clean) weights on the corners to hold the poster flat and leave it alone till it stays flat on its own. It may take a day or two depending on the relative humidity. Your patience will be rewarded.

Would it be possible to post a picture or is it "pays ya money and takes ya chances"?

I too would like to see a picture of the poster of Reading Rocketship if possible. I use to work at a movie theater and we'd get posters of various shapes and sizes all the time. Some were high quality (like the Disney's Tarzan posters) others were...not so much (Glitter comes to mind.)

What size frame are we supposed to use for a 16" x 19" poster? A 16" x 19" poster size is apparently not standard-- or even common. A quick search through Amazon offers expensive custom frame options only... that gets really expensive.

*MOST RECENT WOOTS!*

  • VIZIO 70" 1080p LED Smart TV with Wi-Fi
  • Klipsch Image E1 In-Ear Headphones
  • Pinemeadow Superfly Golf Balls 48-Pack

  • 17 Woots! (3 Besser or Curly)
  • 27 Shirts!
  • 3 Sellouts!
  • 1 Sport!
  • 2 Techs!
  • 1 Wine!
  • 2 Pops!

first time commenter, long time wooter. I am excited about posters - but wish some of the other designs that are for shirts or hoodies would have option for poster also. Now I am off to make some bread with my cat...

A 16x20 poster frame should do just fine And since the designs are printed to 15x18, you can do some sort of black matting on the inside to cover the extra space- You can get a simple 16x20 frame from walmart or target for $5-10

I ordered a couple a few days ago, and the ordering process was painless. (is that review when I buy one that you were looking for?)

I bought the rocket ship one and the record one.

that was fun while it lasted!

I just received my posters, and I must say. OUTSTANDING JOB WOOT!

The paper quality is high end and the prints themselves are outstanding!

Looks like I might have to keep an eye on my wallet now if you choose many more good posters.

OTOH, I received TCIAL #0001 yesterday, and I think they either forgot to load up enough ink or the screens weren't burned correctly, since there are areas that didn't print out very well on the back (in comparison to the t-shirt #20667.

(I've already contacted service; they have my pic.)

#20667 t-shirt on the left, #001 long sleeve on the right.

Service already sent out another one; we'll see if it was just a one-off issue when it gets here.

Not a one-off issue.

Replacement on the left, #001 LS in the middle, #20667 on the right

I think the issue was when the screens were burned.

Am I the only one who got a beat up poster? Typically I've seen something added to a poster box so that it doesn't slide back and forth and bend the edges. In this case I was framing the print so it didn't matter but it makes me cautious to order another unless Woot changes their shipping process.

To little, too late, but some of the posters hanging on the Shirt czar's door (which is probably about 7' high).
