Electrons are smaller and more enjoyable, despite the negative charge.

Awww, don't worry little protons, I won't forget about you! You make me smile and those are the shirts I enjoy the most.

Enjoy the little things in life. Except fine prints. Those things are a pain in the ass.

It would be better with an electron. Or you could re-word it to say, "There are plenty of small things to be positive about...like protons."

It says enjoy the "little things", not the littlest things.

When I saw this shirt, the first thing that I thought of actually was Particle Man by They Might Be Giants.

Anyone else?

Totally awesome use of a musical theater song. Thank you. Thank you very much.

Ladies, enjoy having people stare at you awkwardly as they read your shirt.

Best writeup I've ever seen!

(protip: play the video and sing along with the new words. It's a relatively special experience!)

Part of me wants to buy this and wear it in front of my chemistry students, and another part of me knows that if I do wear it, I'll get nothing but eye-rolling the rest of the quarter. Hard to decide!

I think quarks have the coolest name. Electrons maybe second.

What about the Higgs Boson? Seriously now, I become happier every time I think about one of those.

Rarely has a shirt ever had such a magnetic effect on me.

One word: STAHNKE.

I was feeling a little neutron, uh... neutral, about the shirt, but now I'm feeling more positive about it.

So is this shirt trying to tell us to enjoy more hydrogen?

First off, Victor and I say hey all!

Just for clarification, the shirt's main intention was to talk more broadly about enjoying and exploring the details of life, while having a subtle proton/stay positive reference as an after-joke.

I see what glazedfaith is saying, but Victor and I don't think "positive" needs to be necessarily spelled out, it's an extra joke for the science nerds who are paying attention...to the little things

Yeah, I would have bought this if it said electrons. Then I could have worn it to work.

Seconded. Without even clicking on the link, I knew I was looking at "Officer Krupke."

If I cannot earn your respect, please allow me to purchase it from you.

West Side Story's "Gee, Officer Krupke" - all it took was the "Deeeeear" to know that - sure, you could have checked the link on the page yourself, but if you didn't, you can check it here and sing yourself to work today!

Really?

Sizing chart says:
Place of Origin:USA (Men's, Women's) and Honduras / Nicaragua (Kids')

So that would mean only the kid's sizes are printed on Anvil.

EDIT: FOILED AGAIN BY NOT HITTING F5 when I open the thread!

Anyone have any experience with the Anvil kiddie shirts? I normally buy the AA K12 for my older son; does anyone know which Anvil size would be comperable?

Never wrote a comment on Woot before, but this description of today's shirt is just genius. So enjoyed the care with which it was written, with the perfect cadence and rhythm to the song. Hat's off, writers! (Really like the shirt, too).
