Weird, apparently the artist posted on his site that this shirt would be coming up on woot. :p I guess it's not a surprise for anyone who was following it, congrats to the artist.

I can't say I like this one- looks a bit off to me, and it's on creme, which I don't feel fits :/

The hair and chin bother me. And he reminds me of an ex. And it's a creme shirt...great for those astronaut fans though! *thumbs up*

i don't love astronauts so it's just not for me but i like the simplicity of the space suit as well as the astronaut's facial features.

Gradients in the background? I know woot has printed them in the past, but it's still novel enough for a mention. Looks nice. Watercolour-ish.

It's nice...but kind of boring...maybe if you're obsessed with everything astronaut related...boring color...

Why do you find it weird that an artist would promote an upcoming printing on his website? It makes sense to me...drive more people to the site to buy it. IT IS CALLED MARKETING MY DEAR!

Also as for the astronaut being see-thru, I think the blue gradients showing up on his suit are just a light shadowing, which is the same as the space background. I don't find it confusing though.

Can someone please explain the kids sizes? The link does not match woot's sizing.

I thought it was "Buzz" as in Buzz Aldrin the astronaut. Old skool spacesuit. Old skool hair. That is the Buzz I thought of. Congrats to the artist.

Are you sure it's a gradient? I feel that it would be very difficult to distinguish between a gradient and a multi-color halftone against creme, and there aren't that many colors used elsewhere in the design, so I think it's plausible. I was just wondering how you can tell.

I didn't want to buy this shirt, but then you guys made FOUR David Bowie references, including one to a track from 1. Outside, an album I thought the rest of the Bowie fanbase preferred to forget about (I love it, though).

What can I do with this shirt other that wear it? Because I wouldn't wear it, but I might have to buy it.

please don't purchase yourself a shirt that you aren't gonna wear. At least wear it on lazy sundays or something

It was more about, what else can I do with this shirt. Obviously I could make a pillow or something; I was looking more for ideas like that.

Same. Buzz Lightyear was intended to be an homage to Buzz Aldrin, so I guess he wasn't too far off.

On previous shirt.woot forums, there has been mention of shirt "posters"...you can frame it and it'll look awesome. Or as you said, a pillow, or make a T-shirt quilt with all your vintage shirts or future woot shirt purchases you would not wear but enjoy...;P

Meh. Gradients are printed as extremely fine halftones anyway. I don't really think there's a difference.

As for multi-colour halftone - nah. Woot lists three pantones, which would be red, dark blue (outline) and light blue (gradient).

Outside was probably my favorite Bowie album. *nodnod*

Anyways, nice design. But it's just not for me. I think it's the cream color shirt, honestly... :/
