Wait, what? That is so not okay - and an unusual response from service. I wonder if they're getting tired of fixing the problems that the Printing/Shipping department are creating. Did you receive an automated response to your reply? And when did you reply?

Again, did you receive an automated response to your reply? And when did you reply? I suspect they're busy with post-woot-off stuff and service doesn't work on the weekends, but usually service is pretty good about responding.
