WAITAMINUT... I'm confused, is this college week, or high school week? Cause when I see Caffeine High, I think of a High School full of kids bouncing off the walls.

That was my attitude toward a lot of the required classes. I was happy to just pass and get credit for my science and math classes.

This is adorable. However, "Toll House" is trademarked and that's even worse than copyright in terms of shirt.woot, because there's no "parody" exception for trademarks, I believe.

The starburst looks good, but not the parts through the hand (bottom of the palm, around the thumb, etc)

Yup. I looked up after I commented and was too lazy to edit the original post, heh. Nestle trademarked "toll house", so unless woot's lawyers have all had lobotomies, there's no way this one can stick around.

I'd edit the last one, but the handy dandy edit button is hiding....

The core of the design is great, so perhaps the name and initials in the banner could be changed to a different, legally ok cookie reference. Or just "cookie college" if you wanted the alliteration aspect still.

In the design brief, it clearly states: "MAYbe you're inventing your own seal of higher learning or whatever they call it, complete with Latin" and just because 99.9 percent of entrants chose to go this route, doesn't mean that my shirt is "off topic." I went with the next line in the brief that states: "Maybe it's just a shirt encouraging people to go back to school." My shirt does just that. So, yea...

A note about the shirt:

"Quando porci volare" is what we proudly say to all of our students. Since none of them speak Latin, it works well in our favor.

At Conundrum University, we focus on the possibility of graduation, not the expectation of it.

So, welcome! You might just graduate! Who knows, right?

Thanks for your input. Actually I didn't overlook this rule, I figured that the way it is presented on the shirt is different enough to not be in violation. But I guess that is up to the rejectionator to decide.

I have such a love hate with Orson Scott Card. I love the Enderverse and even the Alvin Maker books are decent if you over look the obvious Mormonism but his social stances pretty much make me ill.

Thank you guys! So glad you like my design even though it's rejected.
I will be submitting it to redbubble but I am not sure when because I don't know if the 60 days hold that shirt.woot has on all submitted design includes rejected designs too.
