Thank you! After looking at the theme, I wanted to avoid all of the obvious pop culture references (a million tardises (tardii?)), so I picked up a steampunk design I started awhile ago that was a pocket watch with wings. It seemed to me that this would be a perfect talisman for the would-be time traveler.

Looks like a donut with wings wearing a tesla coil hat in front of a sprocket? Not sure what that has to do with time travel. <_<

We must be missing some obscure reference.

Thanks Radscoolian. I wasn't sure how well I could get it to work and ended up starting a different sub. The other one I wasn't into as much and came back to this. I drew that spiral about 4 or 5 different times before going with this one.

Re: CTRL Paradox

I cannot count the number of times I've done something (not at a computer) and immediately thought to hit ctrl-z to undo it.

Anyone else afflicted with this brain pattern (or am I the only one that needs to be committed?)

Might as well have a signature now since I have something to put into it.

You look fine to me, if you really want me to delete your last post I can, but you're not being offensive (or at least I don't think you are). You should always be able to edit your posts, at least!

TBF, most people don't know that in order to edit their post, they have to go to Community: Derby: Then this thread, and then FIND their own post, and then click the Edit button.

Being able to edit the post in line for the relevant entry would be sooooo nice.

I have done it MANY times when working on actual physical art-

I will like where I am going with a painting and then make some wild line or something and then think for a second I can just UNDO it- I also randomly assume I can create a NEW LAYER on top of one of my paintings that if I screw up I can simply delete- NOPE-

Computers have made me weak- heh
