I've never gotten any doubles, in more random adult and kids shirt woots than I care to remember, and in the last random I actually got two shirts that were still active (ordered WXL). I assumed it was because they had run out of reckoned shirts in my size and substituted what was on hand.

I'm guessing I'm going to get at least one of the two shirts that I've ordered since the switch (since both were on AA).

Just get the 3x, and don't worry about size charts.

PS. FTR, even across different random shirt days have not gotten a duplicate.

Oh no! I bought the shirts before I read the comments - if the blanks are AA I need to change my order from three WS to three WL! Help woot authorities! And seriously, the sizing is so dramatically different that you need to make it clear to you women customers which they are buying.

I'm in the same boat as you. I hate things tight around my neck so the Anvil "wide neck" that some complain about suits me just fine.

But I'm super excited about my first ever random shirt purchase - in for 3 WXL !!

A Random Shirt Woot means 3 things for sure:

1 - Must buy 3.
2 - There's never a bad shirt.
3 - I'll have to fight my 3 oldest kids to keep them!

Did the random shirt in February and got an awesome shirt. Only bought one that time. I can't pass up 3 this time around.

I'm soooo glad that the women's sizes are on the old AA's!!! I ordered 3 so fast!!! I ordered some WXL last random shirt day, and they didn't quite fit me then. Today's random shirt day inspired me to check again this morning, and they fit now!!(I've lost a bit of weight) Sweet! I'm gonna wear motivation today, heh. Last time around, I got three shirts, two of which I was sorta meh about, but they've really grown on me since then. Love random shirt day! Really makes me wish the AA shirts were still available. I wear WM in the new shirts, but they just don't fit the same, not nearly as nicely. And they don't fit the same consistently. There are 3 cardinal rules of random shirt day:

1) Always buy 3. ALWAYS.
2) Pay the extra for shipping, lest you find yourself a sad sack, sitting around waiting for your shirts to arrive while all the cool kids post what randoms they received and trade for the ones you want.
3) There is no rule 3, but these types of things always seem to work better when you tell people there are three rules.

In for three. First time I've ever gotten three, so we'll see what happens! Hopefully they all won't be too girly. =)~

Oh no! I violated Rule 2 Boo, now I will be a sad sack...any way I can fix it and pay for shipping now?

I've been spoiled by the new shirts. Actually wearing a woman's that fits and looks awesome on me instead of all the baggy men's I have keeps me from ordering these.

The size isn't random, just which design they send is random. You select the size when you add it to your cart.

I've never gotten two of the same. I have friends who also order and depending on the timing, they may get similar items... but even then, it's random across the day... morning orders will be different than afternoon.

I can agree with these rules. Although I agree that I never make it to the teetrade step. Usually if I can't trade them in the random trade thread, I end up deciding I don't hate the shirt so much to not wear it.

Also, I am happy to see the propagation of the phrase "sad sack"

This, though to be perfectly honest I should also blame the post-baby weight. Disclaimer: My baby is two.

I promised myself no more men's woot shirts. The new and much bemoaned women's XL is perfect motivation to get me back into the workout routine.

Noticed the question mark and saw random shirt on the woot! homepage and thought "That's cool, if it's for a good price", so I clicked.

They should come out with a Woot! credit card that has rewards. They take all of my money anyway...
