You know... I wondered about that. I used to love watching the Muppet Show, and when they did "Pigs in Space" with Miss Piggy, it really made me crack up!

Didn't realize how much ppl didn't like red. I don't know if black is much better. Wanted to keep the color scheme very primal.

For what it's worth, I like red tee shirts very much. I was very happy when the Red Derby happened awhile back... and I bought a couple of red ones.

So many Woot shirts print on black or navy, and on Woot shirts, these colors look nearly identical! It can really be a challenge to get a variety of colors into my collection. I need variety too, because 90 percent of my tee shirts are Woot tees... and I wear tees almost every day!

That being said, your design looks nice this way also. I voted for version one, and I'm putting my vote on this version too.

Great work... I really like the lettering style!

Thanks! I was torn. As a rule I try not to split my votes with two versions of the same shirt.
I settled for the red on black because I have seen more success with black than red.
I wanted to keep it striking and primal regardless.

Re: Carl and Neil

I imagine that Neil D Tyson went into a parallel universe where Carl Sagan was still alive. This is a picture of them returning to our world.

Re: Starry knights of Ni

Well, I am very tired of all the starry night shirts (waiting for the starry night/scream combo), but this is Monty Python (and really very nicely done), so I must give it my vote. nice job on this one.

This is one of the most charming designs that you've ever created, imo. I will definitely get one of these if it prints... and I sure hope that it does!

Re: D-Day

I’m an airplane nut, and when I saw the theme “Star gazing” I immediately thought of the United States Air Force insignia. The five stripes - three white and two black - were used to identify all Allied aircraft during the invasion of Normandy, France on June 6th 1944.

Re: D-Day

On a side note: The distressing of the Insignia and stripes came from a photograph of the grain in a piece of wood from my garage wall, and the distressing of the numbers came from a photograph of the concrete in my sidewalk.
