Re: Solo's Garage
This one looks really cool! :D
Re: The Cyclops Club
It's parody from The Breakfast Club and some famous cartoon character that consider as cyclops

To be honest I think you nailed the brief with this one. Not sure if you picked it up Inatangle, but the very popcultury "Stranger Things" series has a scene where lights are used to communicate with letters on a wall. And this is a funny take on that, rearranging the letters to be a "real life" letter combination of a qwerty keyboard. So pretty well exactly Pop Culture in Real Life from what I can see. Well done! Thanks for the warm welcome and the vote!

Good one! Colorful humorous, fun! gmv
Thanks! Hulk is one of my favorite to draw, probably because it's easy to put his large frame in odd circumstances.

Thanks! That's one of my favorite parts of this drawing too.

Thanks for letting me know, Acraig. I guess I don't watch enough TV. lol
Re: Mickey's Mustache Guide
Cute! Accurate too. As a longtime Disney fan, I can almost see the characters behind the mustaches!
Re: Hunter Hunted
lol! What's up, Doc? Looks like it's paybacks time...
Funny! (I wonder if he could put a hyperdrive under the hood of my car...?)
Re: Bro, Do You Even Play?
I don't play, but I'm getting an education of sorts about the game... from my daughter & also from Fishbiscuit! lol

transformingegg wrote:Hi Kimggmorris, You've got some great skills there! Last derby inatangle let you know it is only 6 colours that are allowed, good to see you lower the colour count on this one.
You are going to need to consider the way you generate your images from your sketches though. What you will need to end up with is only 6 exact colors to your image. You'd have problems getting a print unless you can get that down. Currently the way you colored the zombie cup for example is actually a large number of green colors rather than just one colour "green", and each of those green colors counts towards the 6 you are allowed to use. You can see where the overlap of your highlighter or texter makes a darker green at times (creating more "green" colours than is appropriate.
I use a process with programs called GIMP and Inkscape to help convert hand drawn images and color them once they are already electronic (and I am careful to use only 6 colours when colouring them).
A couple of other things to know / learn about in order to make sure you are only using 6 colours are Halftones and Antialiasing
I hope that is somehow helpful. Ignore it if it isn't helpful. It would be great to see you stick around and enter more derbies.
I am really glad that transforming egg gave you some tips on this design! He's given you a lot better help than I could have, since I've never tried to design a Woot tee before.
One thing that I can say is that I tend to like thicker lines in a design... but that's just a personal preference. Other people may feel differently.
I'll be watching for more of your work!
Re: Han Shoots First
Cool graphics, great subject!
Re: Game over, Mario!
This looks like something out of the Little Shop of Horrors. And the crazy plant stem reminds me of plumbing. Very creative!
Re: Right off the Mos Eisley Turnpike
LOL! This is funny... really great! I hope this one picks up more votes! I'm glad that I took a closer look!
