Re: You think darkness is your ally?

I like the idea of the reader being thrown into darkness while they read this, to give a sense of (however limited) immersion in the scene. I hope the dark text on the dark material reinforces the content of the text, as well as forcing a suitable sense of discomfort and proximity as they try and get close enough to the wearer to read it, giving them a sense of the fear The Dark Knight must have felt with Bane looming over him in the darkness, whispering to him...

“...you merely adopted the dark. I was born in it, molded by it. I didn’t see the light until I was already a man, by then to me it was only blinding. The shadows betray you because they belong to me.”

Also, I thought it was a cool way to stand out in a sea of color among all the other entries this week. ;)

I like this a lot, but it's a little hard to read. I keep almost seeing a dragon face or something. Love the idea, though, both in concept and execution.

Wow - this is fabulous. A great homage to Schroeder and Snoopy and, by extension, Charles Schulz. Extremely well executed and a very happy design.

Ultimate compliment.
That illustration took me so long and while I was pleased to get an HM, it only sold like 15 shirts. Between Lego and zombies, I'd figured that was a winner. But nope, shirt.wooted again.

Yeah, sometimes you think that you have a sure winner and it just sinks deeper each day. It stings...
I should have checked your sales stats before drawing it! haha.
