I generally like black better, but the blue evokes a blue sky and works much better. Voting for the blue one.

I honestly think a lot of people are missing the word at first glance, or this would be much higher.

Re: Americana

Very cool, is it supposed to look as a car hood ornament? As the ones the vintage cars have? I might just be reading it wrong... Anyway you have my vote

Which part of the town do you live in? I am moving to chestnut hill area in about a month from St. Paul.

This shirt is amazing. I have every math Woot shirt in existance, and only have the old deco bombers shirt for the 4th. Please, if for some reason this doesn't win, please make it print on demand.

Re: Sew Shop

FINALLY! A intelligent shirt with good design and decent typefaces! It makes me sad to see some of the humorfails for this derby topic. Is it that hard to be patriotic without looking stupid?

Thanks treblesinger72. It's supposed to be an eagle soaring to the sky with elements of Americana throughout the swirling smoke that creates it. A hood ornament sounds cool too.

Resub. l removed the silhouettes on the bottom of the design around the grill. I think it works just as well without them and it helps the flow.

Re: To The Stars

Just an FYI: 8. When the flag is displayed in a manner other than by being flown from a staff, it should be displayed flat, whether indoors or out. When displayed either horizontally or vertically against a wall, the union should be uppermost and to the flag's own right, that is, to the observer's left.

Some folks might take offense at this design being backwards.

Impressive integration of the double image. The diffuse light is used to great effect.

I've been going through the terms and conditions again (Sorry...I'm a newbie here), and I don't see anything about 'Royalty Free' images, and further, altering of copyright free images. As far as I've found, these old war posters are royalty free and now been altered into a new composition.
If it gets rejected, I guess I'd understand. Live and learn and try again I guess.
Thanks in advance for any specifics that can be provided.
