And only if the design went all the way around the back, as well. :/ Cool idea in theory, but in practice it doesn't work.

Re: Godfather

^ Agreed. Its hard to make a generic suit representational of a specific character but you really captured the dramatic lighting and mood. I haven't actually seen the movie but I think it works!

3 inks on a slate tshirt

This is the minimalist version of the design. Somewhat more subtle and possibly only obvious to those who know the musical well.

This should actually be red (or to be more accurate, in the design of a red vest.

As far as Im aware, only if you are copying what the film has Hugh Jackman wearing.

This design is a reference or a nod to the film, the stage show and the book with a more modern style prisoner boiler suit

Re: Ironing Man

This shirt is really clever, and I LOVE the way it glows through the fabric, but I personally cannot wear this, as pretty much all of my garments are on perma-wrinkle status. Excellent work though!

Re: Consulting Detective

I seriously love this and knew about the hedgehog thing, but I would feel weird wearing it and having to explain the hedgehog to everyone. I wish there was a version without it, simply because so few viewers would get it right away.

Hi...I couldn't use the trademarked "PEZ", so I modified it. But paz is Spanish for peace. I wanted to do a peace sign theme, but ran out of time. It's my first go at it, so I'm a rookie.

Peace

Thanks a lot! And don't worry about learning halftones, you'll get there. They're a useful tool when properly used, and I won't lie, half the time I feel like I'm not doing something right with them...

There are a few good tutorials here in the forums for halftoning, one is by tgentry and the other is by ramyb. I would suggest looking at those and giving halftones a shot.

I know that even after working with them for over a year, I'm still no where even close to being able to pull off some of the stuff that the more veteran artists are capable of.
