Re: We're All Part of a Bigger Pattern.
First one I was able to finish by the opening bell. I have a couple more in the works, but it will be awhile until they are listed. First entry is a Patchwork USA Map identifying that all of us together weave the fabric of this great nation. Weave your part! Thank you for your vote!
[quote]Re: Kazakh Pride quote] I like very much to be good citizen of my country! I show pride of my country with American Design T-Shirt Contest! Vote Now Please!
Re: When Duty Calls...
Really cool shirt.... i hope they don't scream foul because of the phone letters and numbers. might want to make up a backup without those on there just in case.
Re: She Serves and ProtectsShe Serves and ProtectsShe
Do not vote for this shirt thank you
Re: DO YOUR PART - BE KIND REWIND

LOVE IT! Great colors!

Hi Hotcha- I added a little color just for you. Originally all the patterns were in bright red, white and blue, but it screamed too much color. So I toned it down while still have a bit of color. Just for you!! Your entry made me laugh the moment I saw it! GMV! My other entries are taking forever! May not get listed until the weekend.
Re: People, Robots, Pirates - United for tomorrow
Is it just me, or does the robot hand look kinda like an ape's hand?
Re: Rock the Vote (of the wild)
This one is super cute! Good job!
Re: Watch it Grow
This will definitely be a winner! Great job Tgentry!
Some people do their civic duty out of respect, ideology, or morals, others do it because the court politely asked...
Re: Citizens on Patrol (To Serve and Annoy)
Voted for ya Damien Good job. You work is always very clean and well drawn.
Re: Safety Patrol
Awesome. Love the colors. I'm in.
Re: Warn Him
thats what the stick is for :D
this design is amazing.

My entry for the City Without Words derby: Working Musician I'm not sure if it matters since it wasn't printed. But I'm pretty sure it's the same photo of the same guitar used for both and definitely the same concept.
Re: Reserve Your Rights
Text is a no no this week... and black on brown is not good... you can't seen the design when printed then.
Re: Sanitary samaritan
P.H.B.L. People Hate Boxed Layouts :D
Damn that ugly green....... and I still gotta vote for it....you heart string tugging mensch
Very nice! I wish woot had toddler sizes, I'd get this for my son.
Re: Exercise Your (Bill of) Rights
Cheese he looks eerily familiar. I remember a certain after school special short that had a 'Bill' in it. He's still cute though
Extraordinary! A winner for sure. Well done!

The color really works, I love it. Glad you like my food drive, jejeje. But as I might have mentioned, clearly I am no artist, jejeje!
Strangely enough I had thought of a safety patrol shirt...good thing I didn't bother. Your's is better than what I would have come up with.
pretty! I'm curious, where did the patterns come from?

This is about American Citizenship, not global ethics. This isn't about "going green" it's about performing out civic duty to the nation, not the environment.
um, the shirt doesn't say 'warn him', it just shows him about to step into a manhole. did you really mean to put up this shirt that basically seems to say, laugh at the blind guy about to fall into the hole? where is the 'good citizenship'? I'd suggest having a boy scout, or some little kid perhaps, pulling back on his shirt.
Re: Go Green with CFL's (That's Compact Flourescents)
What do you guys think! I know I saw some "no recycling shirts, please" comments in the threads , but I already had the design done...and besides...its not really recycling propaganda...its more save the earth by switching to cfl's propaganda...hey...i work for a light bulb company come on!

Re: Citizens Of Community
Citizens Of Community: An abstract piece depicting community-based acts by citizens in our society. Included are a teacher reading to her children, a chivalrous man aiding a lady, young and old boys interacting, and the backbone of citizenship that is the Scales Of Justice. 6 colors on Royal Blue. Intended to be printed as both as high and as wide as possible without exceeding the printable area. Hope you like it!
Look at those votes go jejeje
Re: E Plurbis Pucker
Kenney...i think you may be onto something here...i love this...gmv!
Dagith wrote:pretty! I'm curious, where did the patterns come from?
The patterns are from pattern swatches I downloaded from the web. I then adjusted them to fit each of the shapes of the states in the US Map and cut only the part I needed to fill each state.
