Shirt.Woot

I saw a girl wearing Cupcakeosaur at an anime convention this weekend. I tried to talk to her, but I think she was in a hurry. I was wearing Press My Buttons at the time, but she didn't notice. :-P

My brother's also on Woot. We had to explain the humor behind Donut Panic to our grandmother at Thanksgiving dinner. (And no, we didn't hear about Woot from each other.)

I'm suprised, Donut Panic is the first shirt I didn't have to explain to my mother...

last week at the bowling alley that i work at, someone was wearing "tuesday is gonna be rough" and i cursed the heavens for having not bought the shirt.

Just saw my first Woot shirt in the wild the other day -- a guy at our local Peet's was wearing the Sliced Bread shirt from Derby #24 (http://shirt.woot.com/Blog/ViewEntry.aspx?Id=3755)

I keep checking this thread hoping someone will have spotted me, since I wear woot almost every day. Sometimes I feel like the only wooter in Maryland.

When I started wooting, I lived in Maryland. Now I'm in the District, but sometimes I head out to the 'burbs. I'll keep a look out for ya.

Woot sightings are down due to the cold weather over most of the country. I haven't seen one in months. So sad.

Saw some guy tonight wearing the one line tiger shirt while I was playing pool. I was wearing the bluebird of unhappiness. I wanted to say something, but my boyfriend was horrified at the thought of me making such a fool of myself.

Saw some kid wearing "Donut Panic" in the Student Union at Boise State, yesterday. Didn't say anything to him because I didn't want to be the creepy guy going up to him and saying "Boss shirt, boss."

Awesome shirt, too. And especially amusing considering woot printed a shirt with one of the mythbusters on it.

I recall hearing somewhere that Mary Alice is such a big fan of Threadless that she is no longer considered fair game for the site's "Threadspotting" segments. Proof that shirt addicts can have functional lives?

Though baaaaaad call on aaarrrgyle. you'd think she'd wear one of Katherine's shirts, or at least something more appropriate for the show.

Wow, I never knew... And Squarries is one of my favorite shirts! And Uh-Oh one of my boyfriend's favorites! I own aaarrrgyle, too, from a random. As much as its origins pain me, I kind of like it.

my friend showed up to school wearing a green one with a dinosaur eating a cupcake. it was very cute!

My neighbor was wearing Nanonauts one day not too long ago, and my husband saw him wearing Pocket Dinosaur.

However, he's the one who told us about Woot, so not sure that counts.

I saw a guy wearing Edgar's Columbus Discovers Seven Stranded Castaways at the Whole Foods in Logan Circle of DC. I started to say something (I was wearing an Edgar from TeeFury!), but then noticed he was shopping with earphones in and couldn't hear my saying hi.

Saw some middle school kid come off his bus with the "sound" tee. Pointed it out and he nodded. :c

I saw a guy wearing The Madness of Miss Stereo today on the GUMC campus in DC.

The drummer at my Church was wearing the Grey One with the House on the tiny planet once. And I have a friend who has the bunny drawing drawing a bunny.

Saw a girl working at gamestop wearing Say no to Scurvy. I was wearing my own scurvy that day as well, it was a great woot encounter. =)

I saw Birth of the Moon at the Rec Center on campus the other day at FIU in Miami. Totally wanted to "woot!" at her, but had my headphones on...

The girl that did my taxes yesterday at the public library was wearing Say No To Scurvy. Thanks for helping me get my refund!

My brother and I were at Sam's-Club(not as cool as Costco) picking up items for pizza bagels in commemoration of the Woot podcast about pizza bagels. Anyway we were going around singing the podcast wearing our Woot shirts (Suburban Blitzkrieg & Let me Get This Straight) and some wooter with the Nessie shirt walks by laughing up a storm, so conversed than headed off. Sooooo who ever you are you have been hunted and spotted in the wild.

I've seen two Woot shirts in my day, both at the bar/venue, Plush, in Tucson. The first guy was wearing the Ninja/Zombie tracks t-shirt and was a total a hole when I tried to talk to him. The second was wearing Cat Carrier, which I also own, and was much nicer. We'll see if shirt.woot wearers stats improve...

I think I had my first wild sighting today. On the way home from work I passed a group of college students. One appeared to be wearing "A is for Atlas" but his jacket was partially covering it so I couldn't tell for sure.

I was in class today and saw somebody wearing Game Time. After class ended I walked up and told him, "Boss shirt, boss." I don't think he heard me, cause he said, "What?" After I explained myself, we talked about woot shirts for a while (I was wearing Declaration of Independence myself). Yay more woot shirts!

I had my first hometown sighting tonight! As I was walking out the door of CiCi's in Montgomery, AL, I spotted a guy wearing Imposter. Since I was leaving and he was dealing with a kid, I didn't get to say anything to him.

The colors on the shirt looked more muted than I thought they would be. Could be his was just faded from use and wash, though.

I had my sighting at the Best Buy Cooperate Campus ((I work at their Caribou Kiosk)), the guy was wearing "A Wonderful Day"((the one with the little dragon skipping through the buildings on fire)) And because of meeting him, and him telling me where he got the shirt, I am here today and wooting every weekend. Wish I could wear my woot tee on campus, but it would be against my works policy.

I saw a guy wearing Toast the other day while i was wearing my Scurvy, and when i mentioned woot he seemed to not know what i was talking about.
i was very confused, i guess he might have bought it on ebay, or from a friend.

I am a high school teacher and one of my kids last semester wore many Woot shirts. No one else in the class knew what we were talking about, but we enjoyed it.

I attended the NYC Comic Con 2 weekends ago and expected to see a lot more Woot shirts, as last year's con was the first time I spotted one "in the wild". Maybe it's because they moved the event back to February from April, but I only saw one, "Chestiny", while waiting in line to get in on Friday afternoon.

I wore Unatomy and Sputnik on Saturday and Sunday, but to my knowledge, I wasn't sighted by any fellow wooters.

i'm always worried with the way people drive around here my first being spotted will be "that dumbass i almost ran over last night was wearing...".

but i've still yet to see anyone myself, and i live in san antonio, texas. i know i'm not the only one, but i figure its simply cause i don't hang out at college campuses.

and my friend and my brother have each asked me "what are you gonna do when you get spotted or you see someone else?". my friend who likes to ask me tough questions even asks "what if he's a fan of your most hated team?". sigh, one day i'll know
