This was in the last contest, and the shirt didn't get enough votes. You could contact the designer, and see if they are going to get it printed themselves after woot's 60 day hold on the rights expires. Otherwise, you're out of luck.

Speaking of being done before, my wife has a t-shirt from the 90's that has the pi with the same concept as the one on luckythreadz except it's chocolate coated ice cream (as in Eskimo Pie). Additionally, I saw a shirt at Kohl's that was Argyle with skulls in the diamonds, similar to the "arrrghyle" design with skulls and swords; as well as a shirt with a large raven composed of skulls and bones in the exact same pose as the 2 text as art raven entries. Those are far more blatant than your example.

love the idea. love lion t's. get the "lyin" but i don't see the gold colors pulling it off. maybe black letter on brown shirt would give a darker dishonest feel.?

I think people are getting confused about which derby they're commenting on. This derby is six months old but people are commenting on the entries like they're current. Hahaha...

Is this going to be made into a shirt? I'd buy it. Edit: I was specifically commenting on the lips, not the entire contest. Didn't realize it would put my comment here.
