Re: Motion from the Water
I'm wondering how this would ultimately turn out on navy. Very Nice work though.
Re: Air Time Swine
I love this... the expression is perfect... the only thing I would change is that I would want the pig to be smaller on the shirt and placed in a different location (higher on the shirt)... great stuff though... my wife would love it too...

Re: Sunshine Boogaloo
Funny character Soothed. He looks like something that could be on Schoolhouse Rock. Nice springy colors too.
Re: The Occasional Stretch
Easily my favorite! GMV and will buy three, probably!
Re: Beem me up
I'm glad you resubbed. I like it alot. -Andy
Re: Pantomime Zeeba escape

I can almost guarantee they'd make a post about it in world of woot.
Re: Mass Extinction
Thanks. Really like the simplicity of this AND we need red shirts.
Even though you have the outlines the black on navy isn't going to show. You might as well let the shirt color show through so there isn't such a large sheet of ink if it prints. ^_^ I like the fish and the overall feeling of it.
I really like this! I personally think this would look better on red ("It would pop!" as they say on decorating shows), but it still looks good on this color.
mjl9320 wrote:for a nice image, there are so many unsteady lines. traced?
looks like it's gone through a vector translator.
Re: Fireflies
This was from a previous derby, but fits the motion theme well. Hopefully this fares better than the last derby it was in. Yes, it's on cranberry.
Really like this one too!
Re: Speeding Past the Limits
I kinda did this one with my mom in mind. She loves the race car green color. Very simply, it's a stylized speedster with billowing smoke from the tires as it burned rubber just before taking off.
Re: Newton's Horror
Well, you both did a great job with your ideas. Good luck!
Re: Marching by.
Fantastic job Edgar!!! I haven't really liked some of your recent ones...but i love this one. Well done!
Re: Water Wheel
Thats a really nice... Great job.
i love it! love the wheels...
Re: Spring FLing
I like the design, but not the color. I would like it a lot more if it was on a darker red/maroon color!
Re: Jump, dangit! Jump!
llo... I have to say, I've done that a billion times! +1 Arden
Love how happy the swinging one looks! Just happy to be moving Great job.
jzelts wrote:i love it! love the wheels...
Thanks! The wheels were a last minute change. I moved them by accident and I realized it looked 10 times better that way. I spent the last few minutes resaving all my information for my entry L O L
Re: Taking Flight
Simple, easy to understand in one glance, and white for summer. Good one!
great detail.
I love this shirt, I hope it gets into the top bunch
My interpretation is that if the half-tones and/or gradients are easy to do, they will attempt them. However, woot still does not have the equipment to do complex stuff justice. I also think "for now" means that they are in the process of upgrading their equipment. Perhaps we will get divine instructions from davebug and/or joelterrific to find out. Bottom line, try to look at pics of old shirts to see what woot has been capable of and adjust your design accordingly.
Re: Pop N Lock
this looks great and will make a great shirt. Nice as always.
Re: Pinwheel
Yep, GMV. Great bright colors.
Re: Speed Graph
voted for the bunny. Despite the color ;)
Re: Drop Some Knowledge
Time to drop some knowledge on this site.
Re: Helicopter Seed
i can't tell you how much time i've spent watching these things fall to ground ... only to pick em back up and toss em again.
dea007 wrote:I like the design, but not the color. I would like it a lot more if it was on a darker red/maroon color!
Yeah, think maroon would give it a victorian sort of look.
yeah it's not surprising to see this idea more than once in this theme. good job on yours as well.
Very nice design work.
Brilliant job, sweetie! One of your best! (Although, Poisoning Pigeons in the Park was my fav. of yours) I miss you. =3 <3

Re: Objects Falling In A Vacuum
I know, NO TEXT rule - but it soooo helps the shirt! i love the composite with the text alongside the vacuum.
