Carrollton is nestled up against northern Dallas, and Dallas, as you may have heard, is not a small bucolic Texas town. You have to go a little further out to get there.

Or, to put it another way, in a derby full of over 1200 entries, where the derby page takes minutes to load and could freeze a browser at 30 paces, why would you submit something with no slogan which would be rejected anyway for being a woot reference and would get lost in the shuffle of hundreds of entries at absolute best.

Ah, Adder, I'm glad I did SOMETHING you could grumble and/or bemoan fate about. Realistically, this contest is a train wreck. and I know exactly where Carrollton is, thanks a bunch.

Somewhere in the boards, a few weeks ago, Woot did say something about being more strict regarding rejecting design resubs unless significant revisions have been done. Can't find it at the moment though... EDIT: bluchez found it tho.

You're surprised that a 50 year old man who can't grasp the word parody, gets outraged when people point out that his designs won't print well, believes slugs should be incorporated into every derby theme, and makes petty comments about people's upbringings when he's called into question, would make an unfunny nonslogan that is instant rejectorbait?

I think you at least accept that e^iπ = -1

(-1) x (-1) = +1

Expression "a" is +1.

Expression "b" is (-1) x (-1)

Expression "c" is (-e^iπ), which is the same as (-1) x (e^iπ).

If
+1 = (-1) x (-1)
and
(-1) x (-1) = (-1) x (e^iπ)
then
+1 = (-1) x (e^iπ).
