Re: Kiwi Kiwi
A poem by yours truly.
Oh Kiwi, thou art round and brown,
how beautiful be ye.
'Tis certain that a golden crown
would match so perfectly!
And purple robes fit for a king
might garb thine feathered frame!
No greater flightless bird did sing,
O Kiwi of acclaim!
And Kiwi, thou art green at heart
or golden like the sun.
'Tis fragrant when thine soul imparts
perfume matched not by one!
And tangy sweet to taste I know,
thou art utmost preferred.
O Kiwi, how I love you so,
Kiwi! Both fruit and bird.
