This is better, but I think you still have some problems with the gas pump not looking like a gas pump. The nozzle is fine but the pump itself seems odd. Check out some reference photos of gas pumps and you'll see what I mean:

I love the design, but I would never wear it because of the shirt color. I love blue, but I'm not a fan of real light blue, especially as a shirt.

I like the concept behind the design, but I think it could really be improved. I'm not sure why you have 4 of the separate symbols, why not have three, and have all the small design, create one large radioactive design. I also feel like the third set of symbols from the center (the doublets) are too far apart, its not a straight line from the center.
Finally, this I'm not sure about, but the color could be cool being a royal blue, similar to the the huge cooling water tanks in a nuclear reactor http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee238/BigZ7337/nuclear-reactor.jpg

Take my advice as you wish, I would just love to see this design make it into production.
