Re: Infinitely Puzzling

In effort to do something that went beyond just a pixelated image, I tried to do something that would actually utilize the pixels somehow, and came to the idea of using a maze since its geometric. The infinity thing just seemed fun.

As mentioned in the forum last night, will they be picky about the word pixels in the title? I sure hope not.

honestly, i didn't reflect it. I know that I could have, but it seemed like a fun challenge. It wasn't. HA!

Thanks for the support, all!

Why has this shirt not been rejected yet due to celebrity likeness?

It stinks that I sized my detail image wrong. Hopefully if you've clicked on this, then you have been pleasantly suprised. I think the old computers look neat and my tee represents our graphic heritage. Thanks for looking!

srglancey wrote:Yeah, I was worried about the same thing, and thought I should address the placement. So, thanks, SailorButterfly, for bringing it up. I'll just take this opportunity to say that I want it printed as close to the seam as allowed. Also, thanks, wootbot, for not rejecting it because the placement--visually--was unclear (hint, hint)!

I would resubmit to make sure it doesn't get rejected, especially since it is early and you won't lose too many votes.

Fixed a problem with the border then resubbed...

Why would they be picky about that? That's anal retentive even for woot (though lately, woot has been incredibly lazy about any rejections at all, so even less reason to worry).

My question and worry, as normal, will be printing. These are very close colors... at least being a one color design will make any color changes that might occur in printing less of a hassle, but if they keep it like this, there may not be enough contrast to even see the art.

Re: Deconstruction

This is my second try at designing a Woot shirt. On my first try, I found out I was really not good at all with details or curves. So I stopped for a while but then this "pixel" challenge came and I gave it a try. The meaning? Simply a cry of pain as the foundation of life is ground down by society. I bit cliché I think.
