Re: Famine Famine Hippos

@Andy47240 - Thanks Andy. I'm glad that one person in the forums prompted me to try shading again. It's not the best, but I'm glad I got it done.

@toe2254 - Likewise, sir Toe!

@dekonstruct - I'm glad someone else liked the silhouettes. Thanks!

@Booperelli - Thanks.

@jones21403 - I hope most people are able to see it. Thanks for the support.

@narkus - I believe he got his yellow square back in the Revolution derby with Mr. Cho's excellent Risk design. Thanks for the support as well.

Thanks everyone for the comments and votes, and especially the pre-derby critiques and suggestions!

Nice, I was wondering where I'd seen this before.

If anyone is interested, here's the original sketch before it got t-shirterized.

When it comes to ketchup, it's only an emergency if you are out of Heintz®. Maybe you can approximate the shape of its label.

I really like the dark tone of the sketch, though in any given situation it would be hard to trust they were there to help. I also really like the reflection below. Too bad it won't translate well onto the shirt.

Yeah I worked on it and it just didn't come across well with the limitations. I think it's something I might take further some day and make a full on concept painting of.

@ geekfactor & winnie - nuts! Those other designs are indeed ominously similar, and I can't believe I missed that derby one. I can only hope the powers that be will apply their clement and boundless intellect toward considering the unique particulars of my design...

Rejectionator, I know we've had our differences in the past. If you can hear me, and this design indeed crosses into realms impermissible, I would only ask that you make it quick.

In the meantime, thanks again for the votes. This one's for all you mutant combative fish lovers out there.
