I had a friend that used to do drawings like this and it always made me envious. I can never manage my space well/ figure out what to put in said space. I would never finish them. Maybe that's why I like yours =) Got my vote

tgentry wrote:I really like the look and style of this, I just wish there were more snakes! Still a really nice job.

I agree. The myth about medusa tells of the many snakes on her head. Also she is very ugly but then that wouldn't make an appealling shirt now would it. GmV anything form greek myth always has a place in my heart. Perhaps a small stone statue in a lower corner for giggles?

Re: clockwork beetle takes flight II

clockwork beetles are back baby, cleaned up the vectors, rearranged on the shirt and brought into the ultra contrasty black and white. nice way to show off all the detail and lines.
hopes ya alls enjoy.

It would make a good shirt. You should also try submitting it to DBH if you want. +1

Re: Kiyohime

It's wonderful, man. I love that the kimono morphs into the body of the dragon, the obi clutched in the claw, and the way the leaves are falling right off the fabric. Just an amazingly well thought out execution. Did you originally start out with the intent of putting this on a black shirt, and then ended up liking how much it popped off the white? If so, I can see why. It has some really strong shapes within the negative space. Great job, tgentry.

Re: Weapons of Choice

You don't have this design on a shirt template. Not sure that woot will go for this since it is controversial.

I remember this comment from your tooth shirt thread. Does it have anything to do with the fact that you did a "monster" shirt?
