Hey sick boy! Have a good day off?

THIS is the scene from finding nemo, so I guess it is close, probably a subconcious thing.

OK, probably not- he'll just rip right through. :^)

It can't be urban painter. They're not swimming in feces.

Kdeuce didn't copyright koi. Just making them look hideous. And they aren't even positioned the same. By your logic, urban painter ripped off Swimming Koi and Koinnibalism before it.

Elfir wrote:I don't think copyright will be an issue at all. It's an ancient and abandoned game. I don't think the duck looks particularly panicked myself.. Panic would be when the ****ing dog realizes you're aiming at him instead.

Because the game is not "the newest and greatest thing" anymore doesn't mean the object is not copyrighted. It appears to look like the duck from the game and it doesn't matter if the designer drew it or not, it looks the same.

Re: Panic Button

Nice perspective and shadows. I think this one suffers from a lack of clarity. Without the context of the derby and the title, this shirt would make no sense :-)

Some people don't get the joke.

I love that it is ripping on an off topic design that got printed. I also love that these disgusting fish are about to be shark food. The shark looks cool too.

Love the placement; and the secondary trail of fingers in the corner totally makes the shirt.

Wow, I feel very flattered that you chose my thread for your first posts ever. I don't paint over things except my own sketches. I have images of my design progress and will post them later. I would gladly post them now, but my place of employment recently blocked Photobucket.
