The only difference a rejection makes is it can be resubmitted to another derby (assuming it fits the theme) without being rejected as a resub.

They've even given HMs to rejected designs, I believe.

It's not exactly a Woot thing. These shirts are all over the web, and almost every site lets you customize: shirt color, name/no name, size and placement of "name tag", etc
