This is lovely, dude. What a clever idea and excellent illustration! Really spectacular, can't wait to watch this fly this week.

Great idea from Sir Adder; deftly illustrated as always by Drakxxx. Great use of the shirt color as an outline.

Loop this is amazing. Great idea for a classic quote. Can we see a high res of this? I want to use it for my background.

Re: Find your own Pair o' Dice- Douglas Adams

Did you look at a reference picture for the dice? I ask, because a dice out of my Yahtzee game would either show the 3 and the 1 with the 2 that way, or a 4 and a 6 with the two that way. And, assuming a dice worked as portrayed, the dots on the 6 side would be horizontal instead of vertical, but you'd have to change the orientation of the 2 side.

Yes, I'm a nerd. This has probably been pointed out.

Very cute and clever. I do like this one.

One confusing aspect though... this color looks nothing like the royal blue I see in my templates, or in other royal blue design comps I've seen in pretty much every derby... what you used is veryyy different. I think both deeper and MUCH bolder/brighter.

When I pulled the royal blue for this, it kept coming out like a violet for some reason, and I certainly didn't want it to be rejected for being purple. I don't know what the deal is with the royal color. I tried multiple times to get it right. I'll certainly still play with it, in the event it gets rejected. It's a new shirt layout I'm using now, so I have to have the right color in the background. But I do thank you for trying to stay atop of that. If it's decided the color is too far from the royal blue t-shirts I have and tried to go off (since the Pantone kept coming out violet) I'll have something to replace it with.

here. is this better, jasneko?

Re:

You already entered this design last week in the BBQ Derby. Pre-cooked Meal For One

Resubmissions are not allowed unless there has been "significant" change(s) made to the entry. "Significant" is the subjective part here. Color changes, composition, additions, etc may all qualify as significant or may not. It's up to us. If you think someone is sneaking one in, I'll rely on the Tattle functionality to help out. Use the Tattle and link to the previous submission. It's not enough just to say "resubmission."

If it's determined to be a resubmission without significant change, then it will be rejected. People who think it's funny and keep resubmitting will be probated (ooh...I'm salivating).

Ummm, if this is a serious entry, you might want to show the entire design. I can't tell what the back is supposed to be.
