More music + nature shirts, huh? Isn't it getting bit cliched?

Nevertheless, I like this shirt. Really like the birds flying out.

Couldn't wear it. But I love the design. Very nice

This one looks pretty cool. Don't have an olive tee yet, so I'm in for one.

[Edit] I like how the records blend in nicely as water. I like it! And the color is perfect for this shirt.

Valorandvellum does such wonderfully elegant work.

And today's shirt seems a very appropriate match for the item at main woot.

I would assume those are records, as this is a record player shirt.

Those would NOT be CD's. they would be LP's... Records. Since when would you play a CD on a record player?

What is this "Wreck-Chord" you speak of?

For some reason this makes me think about The Legend of Zelda's Deku Tree (in Ocarina of Time)...

Also, can someone explain to me why some of the birds are flying down into the ground (the ones representing the sound from the phonograph)? I find it odd that there are suicidal birds in such large numbers...

I thought of that too! Maybe it was just the colors.

Very artistic! Not so great on a shirt, but this would make an awesome poster.

Maybe they were listening to the music backwards, and it told them to...

Upon my first look, it appeared to be a sort of evolution, like a phonograph becoming a record player, the record of which melts into CDs along the way... maybe, maybe not.
Really, who cares?

I didn't review it, no, but it went through Threadless voting a while back. It might have been on the sidebar when she was on Teefury in April, too. Good guess, tho... I absolutely adore Priscilla's work, and this is no exception.

Oh, SLO.

There's something special about the central coast.

Aside from location, the towns don't change from place to place.

It's all the same expectations and ideas. Perhaps that is why I find this dull, 'normal', and meeting the standards of being part of the central coast.

OK, probably so. Just woke up, so I may actually be dreaming this whole thing, l0l...

agreed, though. Great design!

There seems to be as much fauna as flora in this design, methinks.
edit: but I think I'll nab one anyway.

Happy Happy Joy Joy Department: two shirt.woot! t-shirts arrived today. Ah! take them out of that vinyl (or whatever) packaging, stick my head in and breath in the lovely scent of design ink!
edit: into the shirts, you sillies. I'm not quite THAT stupid.

This shirt kind of freaks me out. It's backwards scientifically since it's clearly pro-flat-earth (a square earth? come on!)

it is possibly not worth noting that this in no way represents a whole world, but a vignette of nature, instead

Gah, as a music nerd with a great appreciation for the sort of thing you find on records, I love this. As an environmental geology major, I can't look at it without thinking, "Wait... that doesn't look plausible" about everything.

Talk about yer inner conflict.

i don't think the birds are committing suicide, rather they are flying out at different heights to represent the different wavelengths and tones of the music? i.e. bass notes play at a lower wavelength than a treble note, much like some birds are flying lower than others. just a thought
