As for the exclamation point on the tag, I think it'll be fine the logo is proudly displayed as requested. Anything else should be incidental as part of the design. If it gets rejected though I can easily remove it. Personally I think that would be extremely trivial.

You need to resub this, there is no grey color to use. The white is the color of the bag and not an ink.

This design is alright. I really like the way it ALL GLORY TO THE HYPNO BAG.

I tried it with the only bag I had and the label on the bag helps it keep its form. But it's certainly not as good as paper would be.
