And ruin his birthday! Mwahahahahahah. Diabolical I must say. Hahaha, I joke. Happy birthday to you sir!

Seriously though, I'm considering this one. It's the kind of nice shirt I wouldn't mind having, and it's additionally tempting because it's not often that a nice heather grey shirt comes by. My purchase would be even more likely if someone PMs me a code.

Oh no you don't! My birthday is Sept. 16, so I should get my code first! And I'm OLDER. And I asked first! And...and...um....there has to be another reason. Oh yeah, and you're NICER, so you should make sure the nice lady is in front of you.

And if another code gets posted here in the open, I will stomple all over you trying to get my grubby hands on it. So THERE!

Really? The 17th? I knew there was something about you that I liked.

Well, I guess we'll never know because SkekTek graciously passed along a code, so there's no need for stompling on Canadians today ...

I kind of wanted to get stompled. Sounds... fun.

16th, you say? Well then, happy birthday!

HalfWheat,

I would like to be one of the first to wish you a Happy Birthday! So, which shirt will you be wearing for your special day?! Have a good one!

Hi all,

If anyone has a code for this shirt and they aren't going to use it, I sure would like to have it. I have been following shirt.woot for just a couple of weeks now, and I would like to be able to get this classic, with a code, if I can. Please PM me as I will be going to sleep now and won't be back on for hours. So nighty-night, or good morning, whatever the case may be.

Sadly, I have to go to a meeting today, so no tee shirt yet. I'll change into something appropriate later.

Thanks!

I'd simply like to note that this is quite possibly the best bird shirt woot ever put out. It looks simply stunning against the heather gray, and this shirt alone, to me, is a perfect argument for why heather should remain in woot's blank arsenal.

I totally agree. I was so moved that I wanted everyone to see an actual picture. I searched your woot pics thread and posted "Perched" in this thread. It's on page one, but here it is again:

My first thought when I saw this shirt, "LOVELY bird". My second, "Popcorn grows on trees?!" Hee,Hee...at least I know that is what my kids are going to think when they see it!

If anyone has an unwanted code for this please PM me...thank you!

I know a lot of people don't like heather gray, but two of my favorite tees ever were a heather blue and a heather cranberry.

I got this as a random shirt too. I would never have bought it otherwise. But it's grown on me.

Well, so far the classics idea, which I was pumped about at the beginning, has been a total letdown. Woot asked us to post which shirts we'd like to see again, and, as far as I can tell, they have totally ignored us. Where are the brilliant, quirky, hilarious shirts that make so many people come back each day? I guarantee you, no one was sitting on the edge of his chair Sunday night going, "Please, please, PLEASE let it be a bird on a twig!"

I have seen no less than three brilliant and three quirky tees.

whereas the thread was full of tees that were neither brilliant, nor quirky, nor hilarious.

I think woot's doing a bang-up job. They've yet to release a truly sucky classic, and for that I approve wholeheartedly. It's nice to see pure quality prevail in at least one woot outlet

What are you expecting? Ramyb and sekiyoku scaffolding? 'Cause if any of those get printed as classics I think I will stop visiting woot...

Even so, seeing as how they both started subbing here less than a year ago, the idea that any of their work would qualify for classics now is foolish.

The fact is that, regardless of how much I hate hate hate a lot of the utter trash that people suggested in the thread woot posted, most of it is simply too recent to pop up yet. So while I think Plan B is a shirt that all but states "my mom dresses me and is blind," even if woot liked it it wouldn't be printing yet. It printed around last february and proceeded to last on the charts for like 20 weeks. It's simply not old enough.

So while the so far impressive quality of woot's choices makes me feel like they're simply not going to bring back much of their trashiest trash, no matter how many people like 'em, the fact is it's faaaaaar too early to tell.

106 sold = proof that wooters are cheap and tasteless.

I feel woot can only blame themselves for letting mediocrity reign for so long

I bought close to 3% of the total.

I almost had another coupon. The offerer pm'd me but did not respond to any of mine. I was planning to pass it to the birthday boy. Sorry it didn't work out Big e.

Forgive me for the necropost. This is one of my favorite shirts. I ordered it back in 2009, but between it shrinking in the wash and me growing, it no longer fits. I ordered a kids size 12 because smalls are generally too big for me. I'm 5'5" and 120 pounds now, so the kids size is a bit too tiny. I would love to find a men's small - does anyone know where I might find one?

Thanks.

Keep checking back on the weekly Shirt Plus sales as it could show up there.

You might also try some of the shirt trade sites: WootSwap, TeeTrade, or The Random Shirt Trade Center.

Good luck!
