I'd say he looks more like he could be a certain infamous resident of Arkham Asylum. (Not the video game, of course, because that would be against the rules!)

Our harvested crops supply us with all sorts of goods. Some of the best are the renewable energy sources which are better than sliced bread and much cooler than tofu!

Strictly zoologically speaking, shouldn't this be a spectacled bear (from South America)? (I only say this 'cos in a previous job, I fed frozen pineapples to spectacled bears in Summer)

I love the design on cranberry. The feathers add great perspective, but I'm not loving the outlining on the ones outside the main design. Great style!

Re: Oh so Low Harvest Moon, oh baby!

I'll take a look at the entry you mentioned, as I haven't seen it, or at least the name doesn't sound familiar. I drew the moon first, and worked out the palette, a good friend suggested I silhouette wheat, in a rather symmetrical formation, but I decided on a stylized corn stalk with a vanishing point beyond the horizon. If that's what the other design is, then I must be channeling some other dude from some other place. If that's the case, whoa!

Now cut that out. I don't believe in ghosts, I don't believe in ghosts, I don't believe in ghosts.

The nuts of it is, I worked hard on this design. I hope you like it. It was born in my mind, and inspired with my good friend. If that ain't the blood, sweat and tears of it, the I'll eat my keyboard.

Peace, baby, peace!

I disagree about the "too close" to that previous "graveyard" design, otherwise any design with a silhouette against any light source (reflective or otherwise) will be doomed as being "too close." No more sun shots. You're entitled to your opinion, but I take exception to it.

I defend this design as original, unique, wearable, and it would make a great gift for anyone, of any age.

Great line-work as always! Not a fan of the horror/Halloween genre, but the skills are fantastic!

I don't think the moon is forced at all, it firmly sets the scene at night, which is exactly when this sort of thing is at it's creepiest. It's not on a black or navy shirt, so the moon makes it clear even on green.

Hieratic and didactic - but would have been nicer (and, indeed, more obviously Green) on a green, I think.

Great, but it seems a little too close to the original design to be in the clear as far as copyright goes.

Your design and choice of colors are beautiful. It bugs me when people say "oh, this shirt looks like too much like this shirt", when the only similarity is that it has a moon. Hope it prints - GMV!

I tried it on the greens, but the plants were washed out; they stand out better on the brown. (and it's still earthy!) :D

I definitely understand the reason for the moon. I just think it adds an unnecessary element. The crows stand out much better without and keep the mood dark. I'm not saying I dislike the design, just like it better without the moon... ;) Great job, Joel!

It seems to paraody the actual game enough to be safe. I however am also not an expert. I was just wondering why there wasn't a seedy Mexican hotel background. The tub of ice is priceless.
